Yeast Infection Quick Cure – Yeast Free Diet Recipes – 7 Day Quick Start Guide

Anti Candida Diet -  Dinner  option 7 - Succulent Salmon

You’ll need – 1 piece of fillet salmon, 4 cherry tomatoes, a handful of black olives, baby spinach, a teaspoonful of pine nuts, 3 medium sized potatoes, ½ of a lemon, black pepper and some extra virgin olive oil

Easy cooking instructions -

1) Pre heat your grill to a medium heat and grill your salmon, turning regularly

2) Bring a pan of water to the boil, add you potatoes and simmer till they’re soft

3) Wash your salad ingredients and add your spinach to a medium sized bowl

4) Chop your tomatoes and olives in half and add to your salad

5) Cut your potatoes in half and add to your salad

6) Place your grilled salmon on top and dress with the oil and lemon juice

7) Sprinkle on the pine nuts

8) Serve and enjoy

 

Anti Candida Diet -  Dinner  option 6 - Fishy Dishy 

You’ll need – 1 piece of fillet salmon, 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, ½ of a red onion, 1 tomato and a small green salad (lettuce and baby spinach)

Easy cooking instructions -

1) Wash your pepper and onion chop into large chunky pieces

2) Chop your salmon into square chunks

3) Add both your salmon and vegetables to a long kebab skewer

4) Grill under a medium heat for around 15 minutes (turning your kebab regularly)

5) Prepare your simple salad and place your cooked kebab on top

6) Serve and Enjoy

 

Anti Candida Diet -  Dinner  option 5 - The Steak Break 

You’ll need – 1 piece of fillet steak (about the size of a deck of cards), 1 onion, 1 small courgette, 1 green pepper, 4 small potatoes, garlic and a drop of extra virgin olive oil  

Easy cooking instructions -

1) Grill your sirloin steak (not too well done)

2) Bring a pan of water to the boil and add your potatoes to simmer until soft

3) Wash your vegetables and chunky chop

4) Add a drop of oil to a pan and heat, then add your chopped garlic

5) Throw in your vegetables and lightly cook  (make sure they’re nice and chrunchy)

6) Serve and enjoy

 

Anti Candida Diet -  Dinner  option 4 – The Fishy Fry

You’ll need – A handful of fresh tiger prawns, stir fry vegetable pack (no mushrooms), rice noodles, garlic and a drop of extra virgin olive oil 

Easy cooking instruction -

1) Add a drop of oil to your pan and warm on a medium heat

2) Chop and add your garlic to the pan, then add your tiger prawns

3) After about 5 minutes, add your stir fry vegetables and rice noodles

4) Cook for a further 3 to 4 minutes

5) Serve and enjoy

You’ll need – 2 small chicken breasts, 3 potatoes, fresh peas, broccoli, green beans and asparagus

Easy coking instructions –

1) Pre heat your oven and roast your chicken breasts

2) Bring a pan of water to the boil and add your potatoes

3) Wash your vegetables thoroughly and lightly steam - Make sure they’re crunchy, not soggy

4) When your potatoes are soft mash them thoroughly

5) Serve and enjoy

You’ll need - 2 large eggs, 4 fresh spring onions, 1 large tomato, a small green salad and extra virgin olive oil

Easy coking instructions -

1) Add a drop of oil to a hot pan

2) Wash and finely chop your spring onions and tomato

3) Crack your eggs into a small bowl and whisk

4) Add your onion and tomato to the bowl and mix

5) Poor your mixture into your pan and cook until golden brown

6) Garnish with a green side salad

7) Serve and enjoy

 

Anti Candida Diet -  Dinner  option 1 – Tuna Nicoise Salad

You’ll need - 2 eggs, ½ lettuce, baby Spinach, green beans, 3 large tomatoes, a small handful of black olives, a teaspoon of capers, ½ lemon, extra virgin olive oil

Easy cooking instructions -

1) Hard boil your eggs and let them cool

2) Steam your green beans – make sure they stay nice and crunchy

3) Chop your lettuce into thin strips and your tomatoes into quarters

4) Add you salad ingredients to a medium sized salad bowl

5) Quarter you eggs and add, along with your black olives, capers and beans

6) Add lemon juice and your olive oil to dress

7) Serve and enjoy

Anti Candida Diet - Snack option 3 – Fruit-full

Once you’ve completed the first two weeks of your yeast free diet, you can start to snack on your favourite fruits. Try to eat as wide a variety as possible, and don’t eat more than 3 portions of fruit a day.

 

Anti Candida Diet - Snack option 2 - The Movie Munch

You’ll need – Popcorn kernels and some extra virgin olive oil

Easy Cooking instruction -
1) Add a drop of extra virgin olive oil to a medium pan and heat on a high temperature

2) Add two popcorn kernels and place the lid on your pan

3) Once the kernels pop, you know that your pan is at the right temperature

4) Add a handful of kernels to your pan and cook until they’re popped – you may need to shake the pan to ensure that the popped kernels sit on top and don’t burn

5) Serve and enjoy (popcorn is tasty without salt or sugar, so keep it plain) 

 

Anti Candida Diet -  Snack  option 1 – Groovy Smoothie

You’ll need – A hand full of raspberries, 1 small banana, a handful of strawberries, 1/2 a pot of natural organic yoghurt, 3 large ice cubes, 2 teaspoons of wheat germ, and a blender

Easy preparation instructions –

1) Chop your fresh fruit into chunky pieces

2) Add your fruit, yoghurt, ice and the wheat germ to your blender

3) Blend your ingredients until they’re nice and smooth

4) Serve and enjoy

Please note: If you’re still suffering from yeast infection symptoms, cut out fruit for the first two weeks of your yeast free diet. Re-introduce fruit back into your diet slowly, and try to ensure that you eat a wide variety of fruits. If the fruit causes your symptoms to worsen, reduce your daily intake.

- Fresh nut and seed selections

- Rice cakes

All three are great to snack on in between meal times. The light and healthy snacks are nicely filling, but they won’t ruin your dinner.
