Yeast Infection Quick Cure – Yeast Free Diet Recipes – 7 Day Quick Start Guide

Anti Candida Diet – Breakfast Choice 7 - The Smooth Move

You’ll need – 1 papaya, 1 banana, 1 lime, a small pot of natural organic yoghurt

Easy preparation instructions –

1) Wash and chunky chop your fruit

2) Add your fruit and yoghurt to your juicer jug and squeeze in some fresh lime

3) Juice until smooth

4) Leave for 15 minutes to thicken

5) Serve and enjoy

 

Anti Candida Diet – Breakfast Choice 6 - Egg-tastic

You’ll need – 2 large eggs, a milk alternative, black pepper and 2 tomatoes

Easy cooking instruction –

1) Mix your 2 eggs and your milk alternative in a small bowl with some black pepper

2) Heat gently in a non-stick pan, and stir constantly

3) Cut your tomatoes in half and grill lightly on a medium heat

4) Serve and enjoy

 

Anti Candida Diet – Breakfast Choice 5 – The Plain Jane

You’ll need – 2 large eggs, ground black pepper and a drop of extra virgin olive oil

Easy cooking instructions –

1) Add a drop of oil to a hot pan 

2) Crack your eggs into a small bowl whilst adding some pepper 

3) Poor into your pan and cook until your omelette is golden brown

4) Serve and enjoy

Anti Candida Diet – Breakfast Choice 4 - Hash In A Dash

You’ll need - 2 large potatoes, half an onion, a drop of extra virgin olive oil

Easy cooking instruction -

1) Wash and peel your potatoes and onion

2) Shred/grate your potatoes onto an absorbent kitchen towel - Leave to dry, and pat off any additional moisture with more towel

3) Shred/grate your onion in a similar fashion and mix with your potatoes

4) Add a drop of oil to a pan and bring to a medium heat

5) Add your mixture and cook until the bottom is crisp

6) Turn your mixture over and cook until the bottom is crisp

7) Cut your hash browns into four and add some pepper to flavour

8) Serve and enjoy

 

Anti Candida Diet – Breakfast Choice 3 – The Full Till Lunchtime

You’ll need – Porridge, a handful of fresh fruit, organic natural honey and some water

Easy preparation instructions -

1) Cook your porridge in the microwave with water instead of milk

2) Add some fresh fruit for texture

3) Add some organic honey to flavour

4) Serve and enjoy

 

Anti Candida Diet – Breakfast Choice 2 – The Healthy Eater

You’ll need - A small tub of natural unsweetened yoghurt (preferably organic), a handful of fresh blueberries, 4 fresh strawberries and a dessert spoonful of raw mixed nuts

Easy preparation instructions -

1) Empty your yoghurt into a small bowl

2) Wash your fruit thoroughly

3) Chop your strawberries in half

4) Add your fruit to the yoghurt

5) Top your dish with your raw nut selection to add texture

6) Serve and enjoy

 

Anti Candida Diet – Breakfast Choice 1 – The Hearty Breakfast

You’ll need – 2 medium eggs, 2 rashers of lean bacon, a drop of extra virgin olive oil and one large fresh tomato

Easy cooking instructions -

1) Scramble your eggs with a milk alternative and a very small knob of margarine

2) Fry 2 rashers of bacon with a drop of extra virgin olive oil

3) Whilst those are cooking – cut your large tomato in half and grill lighly on a medium heat

4) Serve and enjoy!
