Anti Candida Diet - Dinner option 7 - Succulent Salmon
You’ll need – 1 piece of fillet salmon, 4 cherry tomatoes, a handful of black olives, baby spinach, a teaspoonful of pine nuts, 3 medium sized potatoes, ½ of a lemon, black pepper and some extra virgin olive oil
Easy cooking instructions -
1) Pre heat your grill to a medium heat and grill your salmon, turning regularly
2) Bring a pan of water to the boil, add you potatoes and simmer till they’re soft
3) Wash your salad ingredients and add your spinach to a medium sized bowl
4) Chop your tomatoes and olives in half and add to your salad

You’ll need – 1 piece of fillet salmon, 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, ½ of a red onion, 1 tomato and a small green salad (lettuce and baby spinach)

1) Wash your pepper and onion chop into large chunky pieces
2) Chop your salmon into square chunks
3) Add both your salmon and vegetables to a long kebab skewer
4) Grill under a medium heat for around 15 minutes (turning your kebab regularly)
